The City Clerk is the designated qualifying official for city elections. The 2020 election is Tuesday, November 3. Qualifying begins Monday, August 24, 2020 at 12 p.m. and ends Monday, August 31, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
Qualifications for commission candidates include residing in their respective commission districts for nine months and being a registered elector. Parties interested in qualifying for City Commission positions should contact the City Clerk’s Office at (407) 571-8122.
Forms to register to vote are available at the City Clerk’s office. However, registration applications or changes must be submitted to either the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections, a Seminole County Library or the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Driver’s License Offices.
